Families can choose from our fully-vetted Helpers or use their own trusted provider, with the same subsidy support.

We handle everything from family setup and provider onboarding to enforcing program guidelines, ensuring every Helper meets clear standards (18+, non-family, vetted, etc.).

get started by registering your family

register your family
Before scheduling your first service, you'll need to register your family by completing our online Family Information Sheet.
PLEASE NOTE you'll be taken to a separate website for this process.

approval & account set up
Upon submission each family is personally reviewed by our management team to ensure the right fit. Following our review, you’ll receive a Welcome email with a temporary password to access your account and begin scheduling services.
*PLEASE NOTE: the approval process generally takes 8-12 hours, longer on weekends
